Introduction of MTW European Grinding Mill
European version mill, also known as European version Raymond mill, is a grinding equipment with international leading technical level and a number of independent patent technical property rights developed by the company by absorbing European grinding technology and ideas. This model adopts many patented technologies, such as bevel gear integral transmission, internal thin oil lubrication system, arc air duct and so on. Stable performance, convenient operation and low energy consumption; Adjustable and controllable particle size of finished products and grinding materials are widely used; Equipped with special dust collector, the dust emission concentration is completely lower than the national environmental protection regulations.
Advantage characteristics of MTW European Grinding Mill
- Bevel gear drives integrally, with low energy loss and high efficiency.
The traditional mill needs another reducer to drive the main shaft through the coupling, which is difficult to align during installation, easy to produce noise and reduce efficiency. MTW series European mill is driven by bevel gear as a whole, with more compact structure, more convenient and fast installation and adjustment, and greatly improved efficiency.
- The internal thin oil lubrication system is advanced and reliable.
The traditional mill lubrication form is grease lubrication, which has large lubrication resistance, high temperature and short bearing life. MTW series European mill adopts internal oil pump, which can realize the lubrication of main shaft bearing and bevel gear shaft bearing without additional oil pump or lubrication station, which greatly improves the service life of the equipment.
- Arc air duct, small air loss and good material fluidity.
The air duct of pulverizer in traditional mill is straight plate type air duct. This structure has the disadvantages of resistance caused by air flow impacting the air duct plate, large energy loss caused by mutual collision between air flow molecules, easy to produce eddy current and lead to air duct blockage. The air duct adopted by MTW series European plate mill is a curved air duct with smooth tangential air inlet and low resistance. The direction of internal outlet is conducive to the dispersion of materials and is not easy to block materials.
Working principle of MTW European Grinding Mill
After the bulk material is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, the elevator will send the material to the storage hopper, and then the material will be sent to the main machine grinding chamber evenly, quantitatively and continuously for grinding by the vibrating feeder. The ground powder rises with the air flow of the fan and is graded by the powder concentrator. The powder conforming to the fineness will flow through the pipeline into the cyclone collector for separation and collection, and discharged through the powder outlet valve, which is the finished powder. The air flow is sucked into the centrifugal induced draft fan by the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone powder collector. The whole air flow system of the machine is closed circulation and circulates under positive and negative pressure.
